RecipesYou don’t have to be traveling to enjoy the food that the world had to offer – these must have cookbooks for travel lovers can give you fix of good food from the comfort of your own home!
Levi Roots – Caribbean Food Made Easy
Since discovering Levi Roots’ cookbooks, dinner times at PW HQ have never been the same. I’ve experimented with so many new flavours and ingredients thanks to him and it has influenced so many of my new dinner ideas. I love Caribbean Food Made Easy as it introduced ‘Gingered-Up Pasta‘ into my life for which I will be eternally grateful. I also love his follow book ‘Food For Friends‘ full of ideas that work great for parties and gatherings.
Jamie Oliver – Jamie’s Italy

This is a stand out classic from the Jamie Oliver range. The Fennel Risotto from Jamie’s Italy is AMAZING, and all the recipes we have used from this book have been requested time and time again!
Nigella Lawson – Nigella’s Christmas
Other than my Christmas pudding which is, and always will be, a Delia inspired one, Nigella Lawson has Christmas solved with this beautiful book. The Christmas cake is better than any you will ever find in a shop and the Mac and Cheese and Tiramisu recipes are so good I use them all year round. Remember, a cookbook is for life not just for Christmas.
